In the whole area of working rotation-speed 10,000-60,000 rpm., achieved about 1.7 times higher power than other similar spindles with the high-performance brushless motor which obtains a flat torque feature. |

AEGIS can afford to cope with the max. 60,000 rpm by adoption of air cooling and ceramic bearing.Excellent machinability and accuracy of the finishing surface can be acquired to the
small-diameter end mill in 1mm O or less.

Ultra precision typed spindle accuracy is within 1 μm.Commercially available standard Collet ER11, AR11 and EY-11 can be used.The tool shank diameter complies to 0.5〜6.0mmO.

AEGIS’s spindle body (S-600) has 143mm length short body that is 75mm shorter than others.Approx.1/3 downsized exclusive
driver reduced restriction of the layout to install the machine.

■Applied Stainless Steel to All the Exterior Materials.
AEGIS’s exterior materials of motor part and spindle part are all made of stainless steel.
Spindle clamp part is a high rigidity specification that applies quenching and grinding. (High
precision attachment type of the holder built-in is also available)
